Licenses Management
This feature has restricted rights. You must have IAM Manager Role to manage the license access to your system. Please see the User Rights Management policy page if you need more information.
In the License Management Tab you can manage all the license you have in your XR Center. From this page you can:
- Grant/revoke access to a license to an user or group
- Dedicate a token to an user
- Follow up token usage.
How to allow an user to use a token ?
In the Allocation tab, all users and groups in your system are listed. If the checkbox beneath an application is selected, the corresponding user or group is granted permission to launch that app. If a user belongs to a group with access to certain apps and also has individual access to others, they will have both sets of permissions. If the user doesn't have access to an app, then all the launching buttons will be disabled.
How to ensure that a group of users always have access to an app?
In the Reservation tab, you can assign a specific token to a group. Once a token is reserved for a group, only users within that group can access it. This allows you to ensure that a token is always available for a particular group, helping you manage token usage according to your team structure.
How to follow up your token status ?
In the Status tab, all the tokens in your system are listed. If the token is currently used by an user then the status tag turns to Active.
