Manage Users and Groups

This feature has restricted rights. You must have IAM Manager Role to manage other users. Please see the User Rights Management policy page if you need more information.

In the Users & Groups Tab you can manage other users. From this page you can:

  • Create New User
  • Create New Groups
  • Edit other users settings
  • Edit groups settings
  • Desactivate users

How to create a new user ?

  • Step 1: go in the Users tab.
  • Step 2: click on the button Create User on the top right corner of your screen
  • Step 3: enter the new user settings
  • Step 4: click on Create User button at the bottom of the form

Each user has does following information:

  • login
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Password
  • Licence Profiles
  • Roles
  • Groups

For each user created, the IAM manager can edit every information. To edit user information, click on the dropdpwn menu et click on edit settings.

How to create a new group ?

  • Step 1: go in the Groups tab.
  • Step 2: click on the button Create Group on the top right corner of your screen
  • Step 3: enter the new group settings
  • Step 4: click on Create Group button at the bottom of the form

Each user has does following information:

  • Group name
  • Roles
  • Group's members

For each group created, the IAM manager can edit every information. To edit grouo information, click on the dropdpwn menu et click on edit settings.
